Refunds & Returns

  • We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return on all returnable items (see below for exceptions on returns).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopsouthernsocial.com or by using the chat feature on the bottom right of your screen. Please submit reason for return, as well as any photos if item is damaged.
  • Items that are eligible for returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return shipping label. If return shipping label does not show active tracking within 7 days, then label will be voided and the return is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
Southern Social Club, LLC is required to ship to the shipping address input by the buyer on the invoice. If your order is returned to Southern Social Club due to incorrect address, then it is the buyer's responsibility to purchase a new shipping label. The cost of the remailing package is subject to the weight of the original purchase. Free shipping discount does not apply for packages returned to the seller.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receiving item(s). If you have received an item that is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and wholesale purchases. We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or seasonal-specific holiday merchandise.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the return shipping cost, within 5 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return has been approved, please contact your bank.
